I am in disbelief as I have been a nurse at DDM for over 15 years and have never experienced such racism. DDM just went under a new general manager and she fired over 10 African American individuals without any real reason. Her main reason was because they needed to make "cuts" to support the hospital and make sure it stays up and running. It's hard to believe that when only African American individuals were let go of. Let's not mention how many African American patients have died in our hospital due to malpractice. FIX YOUR RACIST SYSTEM!

We are also closely evaluating all other heads of staff to ensure accountability and prevent any further instances. We encourage anyone who has been a victim, whether staff or patients, to reach out to our PR office.
We are committed to addressing their concerns and making appropriate arrangements to compensate for any traumatic experiences they may have endured. We value open communication and as always appreciate your feedback as we work towards creating a more inclusive and supportive environment at our hospital.
