MY PHONE :(

So frustrated with Banana! My phone started overheating, and when I reached out for help, they showed no interest in fixing the issue. Unacceptable customer service! I trusted Banana to provide reliable products, but now I'm stuck with a malfunctioning phone. They simply shrugged off my concerns. What happened to standing behind your products?
