Wait times and its MY Fault?

Stay home and eat somewhere else if you do not want to waste your time. I went to Veggie Shack during my lunch break as it's nearby and tell me why there were fewer than 5 customers but the service took so long. After 20 minutes my food arrived and they messed it up. When I asked to get the order fixed the staff looked at me and said that I would have to pay extra to get it fixed as I "ordered" this. That I should've, "ordered it right the first time." So not only did they mess up my food but ruined my day too as they made a scene and blamed it on me. #whatthe #VeganBurgSFisbetter
