Extremely frustrated with @Banana! Received my iPad in the mail, and it arrived broken. Despite reaching out multiple times, no one bothered to get back to me. Now I'm stuck with a broken device, and no assistance or resolution in sight. This lack of customer support is unacceptable. #BrokeniPad #NoResponse

Please feel free to send in photos of the Ipad and include proof of purchase along with other information. After we verify everything please just return and we will give you a brand new Ipad and assist you with any further questions.
